Asians Prove It: American Politics Is About Interests and Identity

Wealthy conservative people vote for Republicans, right?

Not if they are Asian.

In the 2012 presidential election, Barack Obama won 73 percent of the Asian American vote. That exceeded his support among traditional Democratic Party constituencies like Hispanics (71 percent) and women (55 percent).

Turns out low taxes are not enough of a lure to get Asians to vote for the party of "American=White People" otherwise known as the "Where are you really from?" party.
