Elites in Ann Arbor and Tuscaloosa agree to extract free labor from black men for the cheap entertainment of non-college whites in Grand Rapids and Elba. In exchange, rural non-college whites don't complain about the massive disparities in post-secondary education between the "haves" and the "have-nots".
